Joulen is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Head of Product to lead the next phase of innovation and development for our cutting-edge PARIS platform. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to define the future roadmap of PARIS and its ecosystem, working closely with engineering and delivery teams to turn strategic vision into real-world outcomes.

The Head of Product will set out the future roadmap for the development of the PARIS platform and associated components, providing the necessary detail required by the software engineering and delivery team to enabled them to deliver the expected outcomes.

This role ensures that all initiatives and projects are guided by clear, well-defined requirements and delivered using agile methodologies. The role will support sales in the promotion of the PARIS product to perspective clients, aligning the PARIS capabilities with customer needs and when necessary adjusting the product roadmap.

Leading on product innovation will also be a requirement of the role, looking at future opportunities across markets and market segments that will enable Joulen to provide unique innovative offerings. As part of the Joulen Management Team, the Head of Product will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Joulen’s offerings, and also contribute to broader company matters, supporting the growth and success of the business. They will lead by example, uphold high standards, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
