We’re excited to share a new opportunity for a HR Manager to join the rapidly growing Joulen team.
This is a part-time role approx. 22.5 hours per week which will lead and manage all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.
As a key member of our team, the HR Manager will play a strategic role in shaping our people practices and ensuring our culture thrives as we scale in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. This part-time position offers the flexibility to make a meaningful impact while supporting a dynamic and mission-driven team.
