Location: Belfast (Office based with remote work flexibility)
Employment Type: Full Time
What You’ll Do:
· Provide first-line support to users of our software product via email, chat, and phone.
· Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
· Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex cases.
· Document support interactions and contribute to our knowledge base.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and empathetic assistance.
What We’re Looking For:
· Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
· Basic technical understanding of software systems (e.g., installation, configuration, error handling).
· Ability to learn quickly and explain technical concepts clearly.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel,
· Experience in a support or customer service role is a plus.
· Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is beneficial experience with Jira case management system is a strong advantage.
